Dye sublimation jersey printing is becoming increasingly popular in the USA and it’s no wonder. Dye sublimation printing has greatly reduced the cost of printing relatively small runs of unique items, making it possible for businesses, schools and sporting clubs to affordably create quality jerseys for their teams. No more screen printed or iron-on transfer style jerseys.

Dye sublimation printing is an excellent option for jersey printing for a number of reasons. First, our jerseys feature printing across the entire front panel. That means no creasing and no gaps in between the edge of the ink and the seams. In addition, the number of colors and shades that you want to work with isn’t a limiting factor like it is with other forms of printing and embroidery.

There are two ways to create a dye sublimation printed jersey.

Printing A Design On A Blank Jersey
This is the cheapest method and the results generally reflect the price. The print process will not go all the way to the edge of the jersey and the only jersey color available using this system is white as the print quality is too poor on colored jerseys.

First We Print The Design, Then We Cut And Sew It Into The Jersey
This is how we do it at Just Vision It and it’s the only way to create a quality product.  We have a process in place which begins with assisting with designs, and then the printing of the material, followed by cutting and sewing of the product and finally, packing the finished product to be delivered either back to the printer or direct to the client. Each jersey is cut and sewn in house so we can customize them to your requirements.  We sew special collars, pockets, seaming, etc. We can also print and sew matching shorts and skirts.

Who are our customers?

We work primarily with local printers looking to outsource their dye sublimation printing. Businesses prefer to have a central point for all their printing and don’t wish to contact different specialists for their different printing needs. They want a printer who can manage their business cards and letterheads, their business signage and trade show materials, and their jersey printing.

Dye sublimation jersey printing is most often outside the core business of the local printer and not something they are looking to manage in house since the equipment is expensive and takes up a lot of room and a reliable, skilled sewing team is required to be on hand to fill orders. We aim to minimize the hassle for these local printers and their customers by handling what they can’t.

Team Managers

Some of our clients are Team Managers looking to handle their team’s jersey printing needs directly. Often sporting clubs can order sufficient quantities to have their order considered a wholesale order, so we do accept these types of orders.

We do not do small runs or single jersey prints.

Drop Ship Jersey Printing

A dropshipping service for your dye sublimation jersey printing can streamline your business in several ways.

  1. Your print business saves the cost of double freight as items are shipped directly to the customer.
  2. Items need only be packed once (at our factory) and we send them in your branded packaging.
  3. We let you focus on what you do best: providing a local printing service.

So How Does It All Work?

First, we acknowledge the client is yours.  We are just providing a drop ship service.  We won’t contact the client for business and should they for some reason contact us directly we will advise them we are a wholesale printer service only. If the client is a club manager that could have contacted us directly, we will still refrain from doing business directly with this client.

We receive your order for jersey printing from your printing business. The order is complete with the finished jersey artwork which meets our technical specifications.

We receive your business logos and/or artwork which is used to brand your packaging (first order only, we will keep your logo on file for future use).

We may do a small print run and cut/sew a single jersey to ensure the print and design is right, which you or your client can approve. Alternatively, you can approve the design from a digital mock-up.

With the design confirmed and tested, we complete the desired size print run and cut/sew the jerseys.

Everything is checked and double checked throughout the entire process prior to packaging.

We pack the jerseys in your branded packaging and ship them direct to your client.

Problems are extremely rare but in the event something goes wrong, expect us to work hard to rectify it quickly. The entire manufacturing process happens in house so resolving any problems is quick and easy. This is something an overseas printer will never be able to match.
